We continue to provide essential care and support to our residents and clients of which you can all be very proud.
You have shown your flexibility faced with exceptional challenges that Covid-19 brought. Staff shortages left our rotas and energy levels stretched to the limit. Each and every one of you played your role - thank you.
Covid-19 has not disappeared. We can only hope that the initial horrors of the first wave will not be repeated.
Hopefully the spotlight was shone on the real value of care.
